Teyes CC3 Ribbon test and inside look.
As you can see the ribbons are all in their slots and tight. This is how it came wired. I have triple check this 100x.
This is just a dud head unit and I need a new one.

Teyes CC3 2k - not functioning - no touch screen. Weird loading and freeze.
Переглядів 3 тис.Рік тому
Just got the brand new unit today and began the install. When I plug in power to check unit the touch screen functionality was never there. Something is really wrong with this unit. I hope Teyes stands up to their good name and warranty and takes care of this issue.

This is an example of the Garmin 95sv installed in the new Garmin XL Bag and Base. A lot more room than the older bags that wouldn’t zip up.

Installed the skidoo 130mm to 205mm (4" to 8") adjustable riser on my 2012 REV-XP MXZ TNT ETEC. I had to change the brake line to a summit line, the throttle cable was fine and didn't need to be changed.

Hi this device have a code or password to be safely from theft’s? You can change the wallpaper when you turning on/off? How many colors those have? Can you make it more videos with to showing every option and futures have? Because nobody is doing only shows basics! I will appreciate a lot! Thank you
Update - yes I was able to fix this issue with Teyes help. They were prompt to respond and help me with this issue. Greta customer support and great unit. Some minor glitching once in awhile but otherwise love this unit. The screen is unreal, super responsive unit no delays really fast
Update… Teyes Customer support in Australia was able to help me over the following couple of days. The issue was a reversed plug inside the unit. I was able to fix it with their guidance and it’s been great ever since. This is an unreal android touchscreen. Love everything about it. There is some minor glitches and announces every once in awhile which requires a reboot but they are minimal.
I am facing the same problem on my Teyes CC3. How did u get it resolved?
Yes I was able to fix it. With help from tech support in Aus, through email they determined that one of the cables was upside down. I flipped the cable and the unit has worked flawlessly ever since. Not sure if it was my fault or theirs from factory. All good now
What cable was upside down that you flipped? Was it one of the ribbon cables installed incorrectly when installing the double din adapter plates?
Hello friend, does the king already work for you? I started having this same problem on teyes cc3 2k
Hello friend, does the king already work for you? I started having this same problem on teyes cc3 2k
Hello friend, I have the same problem, have you tried turning the external cables around as they say and does it work like that?
Hi yes he is right, i had the same problem and it was fixed by flipping the 2 small cables with the metalic part up and black /blue side down, the middle one os in the correct orientation
Did you get this sorted mate? was TEYES Australia right about the cables being upside down?
well this is even worse then my older cc3 pretty mutch without sound and usb and no support for help to solve this problem
both the outer cables as seen in this video ua-cam.com/video/U_hsm5Ou3BU/v-deo.html are upside down and need to be flipped around in order to solve this issue
Did this solve your issue? Did u do anything for making it work?
Yup solved the issue @@darshanshivaswamy8977
Both outer cables are upside down. Turning them over will solve the issue
I have the same problem with my screen but the cables are installed as you suggested in this video. Any thoughts? I tried resetting the screen and even tried taking my screen protector off with no luck.
Hi. What cable do need to flipped? Is the ribbon cable? Or the black and white cable?
@@zackdhaniel626 ribbon cable on the most left (blue) and the ribbon cable on the most right on the video , just flip it if you see it is the same as the video showed (this is be for fix )
did you get an update I have the same issue right now, did you do an upgrade or already put together?
Btw fixed a cable where ground fell out and full wipe and firmware install. No issues since
why don't contact their customer support? You may try to pin the restart button on screen left side.
I did just that and the helped me fix the issues, inside the unit a cable was upside down or reversed. I was able to trouble shoot with their support and the unit works perfectly now. Great unit highly recommend
Is that the 9in or 10in? Also does it fit into your double din?
10" CC3 2k Version and yes it fits in the double din with some adjust using the brackets TEYES provides for the Chevy Silverado
@@TheSacman11 Bought mine around 3 months ago. Genuinely one of the best investments for my car.
Where can I buy the checker diamond plate
Older post..but here's some advice for anyone that may come across this, use a ball joint press adaptor on the gasket to finish pressing it in. You can place a washer on top with a bolt that thread's in to press it in. Or tap with a rubber mallet on the ball joint press adapter.
Start the fuck her up and spray a little either down there what a dumb ass
You should’ve been so cheap and split the cases
Ha… buddy 10yr old post… I was baby when I did this work. No doubt it could have been done better, but I did get it figured out, replaced this with a new one … I don’t own this sled anymore but I know the fella who does and this motor has gone for another 10k + km with no issues. But i appreciate your comment Karen!
Does it get alot of condescension with the heat going ?
1 year later, how do you like it?
No sorry that was almost 10 years ago for me know. I would check with your skidoo dealer
Do you by chance have the link to these knee pads?
How did this hold up over the last 8 yrs? And this is a what I'm looking to do on my double snowmobile trailer
8 years later and it looks like the day I built it. It has worked perfect for me. I use it for hauling the sled I. Winter and for misc landscape yard work in the summer.
@@TheSacman11 thanks for the reply!
I worked for skidoo this is all you need to do , you don’t need to split your cases
Pull the seal , put into the freezer for an hour to shrink the seal and re install will slide right in , give it enough of a day to expand and your good to ride
Right on Great Video man I will be purchasing if it goes on sale this year !
Does the light bleed through the “cabelas” stitching on a sunny day? Have seen pictures of other cabelas tents where the light shines through the hundreds of places the word cabelas is stitched on the fabric
Nope I have not had that issue with this shelter.
picked this puppy up in winnipeg today! can't wait for hard water
Has anyone use the mcb retainer kit for this?
Exactly what I was looking for
Thank you so much for the detailed review! I was debating purchasing this tent and this has helped a lot.
😱
Looks great! Good job, mine is very similair but diamond plate salt shield and I used stainless steeling nuts on side for quick removal if I want.
This was the problem. After I replaced with new Y pipe bogg was gone
My 500ss is doing the exact same thing, what is the cause and fix for this?
Mitch Wing the bogg was caused by failing PTO deal. I have a couple other videos explaining how I diagnosed and finally corrected the problem.
Would a 6 be fine without changing brake line
Where do you get a seat like that
C Peit I bought it online it’s an X SEAT. Sits a little higher and is more plush than the tnt version
Did you bend the tops and bottom of the aluminum or did the company that you bought it from?
What I've always done is put yamabond or 1194 on the seal, and possibly very little on the crank case. Then the sealant acts as a lubricant to help seal slide into place, plus it will help the seal make a better seal just incase of mishaps like this one. I've done at least half a dozen seals like this, and I've never had any problems.
Where did you get the aluminum sides from? I really like this idea
Did you figure this out? Mine is doing the exact same thing
There is literally 9000 miles on the engine since the seal replacement. It is holding just fine.
My experience of dozens of motors that I've rebuilt, I don't trust the way you are doing it! if the seal doesn't seal you can melt the motor down, I feel its like playing with fire, the best way is to split the crankcase and replace properly but its your call I don't mess around, do it right, nothing worse that being on the trail and having this in the back of your head and even worse is for it to fail and hurt the motor
I would put the leap on th inside cut at 45 degree i think could look better but everbody has different tastes i guess
I used two screws. You turn the stews in about 1/4" for a good bite, then use a pair of pliers to grab the screws and pull. It pulls out easy
how did you get the old one out?
yo
how did you get the old one out?
Very nice and good video. Trailer looks good. Thanks for posting.
The company who made the sides is "Stronghaul Trailers" the address is Hwy 326 North, Arborg, MB R0C 0A0, I would call them for shipping prices. Not sure what the cost would be to Fort Mac. I only live 2 hours from arborg in wpg so they brought them in on a trip to the city.
